Refund policy
We have a 7-day exchange or refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.
For OH&S reasons we DO NOT accept returns. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must have arrived faulty. Although we do our best to make sure items are sent out in 100% working order, sometimes faulty spray nozzles make it through the production line.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Change of Mind
'Change of mind' or 'not what you expected' will not result in an exchange or refund. Particularly in perfume, as a dupe company we cannot guarantee that our scents will be exactly like an original but strive to be as close as possible.
Lost or Damaged Goods Due to Courier
We do not control what happens to a parcel once it leaves our hands. If a parcel is lost or damaged whilst in the care of a courier, you will need to make contact with them to make a complaint and claim of reimbursement.
